Femara, also known as Letrozole, is available in 5mg/tab, 50
tablets packaging, manufactured by Para Pharma with international delivery. It
is an oral anti-estrogen medication that is used in the treatment of
post-menopausal breast cancer patients. The growth of the cancer is promoted
due to the estrogen flowing in the blood therefore, femara inhibited the enzyme
in the adrenal glands that produces estrogens, estradiol and estrone in order
to fight the cancer cells and stop them from spreading. However, bodybuilders
have started using femara as a post cycle therapy drug to fight the estrogenic
activity in the body. It helps the body to regulate its natural production of
hormones such as testosterone.
